I've had a really terrible time with Kitchens Direct. The quality of the kitchen is awful. When you took them to the small claims court, did they turn up and did you have to go to Manchester.

i have a hearing to attend 29th Aug. I'm sueing both GE Money and KD. Do you think I stand a chance.

Thanks but KD conned us into signing with GE, promising us that GE would not pay KD until we had signed the satisfaction report. We did not sign this as the work had not yet been completed but KD managed to get the money of GE. Now although we are not paying GE, they keep bumping up the interest on their letters to us.
They are both in it together. I have made the mistake of suing GE; I should have let them sue me; at least that way it wouldn't have cost me.
GE have now managed to get a draft order to stay pending till the resolution of procedings between us and KD is sorted.

Has anyone sued KD and won. If so I would really appreciate it if you could get back to me.

God the more I read of this website the sicker I feel. We are currently looking at sueing Moben kitchens as we can never get through to them and they never get back to you. We had a kitchen fitted at the beginning of the year but it took 5 months to complete. a couple of weeks ago the door fell off the dishwasher and the cupboards have never worked. I strongly advise NEVER to buy from them.
